The third molar alsocame away, together with a piece of granite about the size of a pea(Fig. 8). Treatment up to this time consisted of disinfecting themouth with a solution of carbolic acid and glycerine. The woundwas also dressed with the same, and the jaw supported with a four-tailed bandage.
