Frankfurt am Main, , St. Paul’s Church Assembly hall with ribbed domed ceiling & skylight. Used as meeting place for first United German parliament where the national assembly created the first democratic constitution for Germany. The church was consecrated in 1833 but was destroyed during World War II. It was rebuilt after the war and reopened in 1948 and now serves as a place to remember the beginnings of German Democracy
