They produce thousands of beautiful flowers in pure white, pink, and crimson shades, furnishing an abundance of cut blooms for Autumn decoration when other flowers are scarce. (See cut). 5648 Dwarf Early Flowering "; This new variety comes into full flower in [lily, and continues a mass of bloom until cut down by severe frost, making their successful cultivation possible in the most northerly States and Canada ; it is of dwarf, compact growth, growing only feet high, while the old variety growing alongside towers up nearly 7 feet, a victim to the first strong wind.
