Secretary of the Army Dr. Mark T. Esper visited 38th Infantry soldiers during their annual training at Camp Atterbury, Ind. on July 20, 2018. Esper's visit to Indiana was part of a larger tour that included early morning physical fitness with the LifeFit program and visits to Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Cybertropolis and the Muscatatuck Cyber Academy.
