David Soha, a Jacksonville, Florida, native and an infantry officer with 2d Marine Division, conducts a 20-kilometer hike during the Division Leader Assessment Program 4-22 on Fort Hill, Virginia, Sept. 15, 2022. The assessment program provides Marines with learning and mentorship opportunities, which helps train and develop Marines that demonstrate an apex level of lethality, endurance and comprehensive warfighting ability.
