Diffuse erythematousrash, most mai-ked on chin. Conjunctivie congested. 2. Cleaners of pellet ror^wt. —Female, aged 38 years. Hisforij.—Yellow dis-coloration of hands first day. Three weeks later face began to junii). uight. It itches so badly I thouglit I was going wild. Next day rash. Vui. .J.—(.hirts A {2). Cleaner. appeared. It came like little lumps in the skin. No heads on them you see. Ikept my hands off as well as I could. My face and lips swelled up ; I was not myown features. Two days later hands became affected. Patient noticed raisedareas on flexor aspect of foreainis and dorsum of right hand, and flexures of lefthand. Patient states—Me toes and knees they do jump badly too. —Erythematous condition of parts affected with raised areas larger than aIDin-head, iri-egularly scattei-ed. Otlwr sipnptoms.—(giddiness, epistaxis. andthree acute attacks of abdominal pain. Female, aged 40 years. History.—Yellow discoloratitm of hands third discoloration of face not noticed. Fortnight later patient noticed (1)rash on either side of nose and round eyes. (2) Patient noticed little nodules andrash appeared more marked on right arm, on flexor aspect of forearms andflexures of elbows. (;5) Patient
