King Ludwig II of Bavaria (1845 - 1886) - a personal military eating utensil set As used on campaign, circa 1866. Contained in fitted box. Consists of a hand chased silver drinking cup with King Ludwig's crest finely engraved. Height cm. Base is marked "13 CD." Inside the cup is a purple velvet sleeve where an ivory handle folding spoon and an ivory handle folding fork fits in (may have had a knife). One empty compartment.
