The Basilica of Superga, on the hills of Torino, Italy, hosts the tombs of Savoy.

The Basilica of Superga was built near Turin (Northern Italy) from 1717 to 1731 by Filippo Juvarra for Vittorio Amedeo II of Savoy. Ii is well known also because in 1949 the plane bringing back the Torino football team members (known as " the invincibles") crashed into the rear of the basilique: all players died in the disaster.
