Washington, DC. 12-8-1992 President-Elect William Jefferson Clinton and Vice-President-Elect Albert Gore Jr. walk down the front steps of the Supreme Court of the United States after their meeting with the members of the Court. This is a traditional meeting that occurs prior to the swearing in of the newly elected President and Vice-President the following month on January 20th. After their meeting with the Justices Clinton and Gore work the crowd and shake a few hands.
