Chelsea, Michigan - Jeff Tenza, 25, weeds baby spinach while working as an intern at Tantré Farm. Tantré is an organic farm that sells nearly 100 varities of fruits and vegetables at farmers' markets and through community-supported agriculture (CSA) shares. More than a dozen interns work on the farm during the growing season.
