The Hungarian parliament building, designed by Imre Steindl, was completed in 1902 and has 690 sumptuously decorated rooms. The building is a blend of many architectural styles - neo-Gothic, neo-Romanesque and neo-Baroque. Members of parliament sit in the National Assembly Hall from February to June and from September to December.
