The plant is neat and com- pact, five to six inches high and smoth- ered with rich rose colored blooms about two inches in diameter. Pkt., 25c. GIANT FLOWERING SINGLE PETUNIA MARTHA WASHINGTON 1935 NOVELTY — (An All-American Winner)—A new break in Petunias. Mar- tha Washington is a ruffled or frilled dwarf compact type. The growth is about 9 inches high and the plants literally smothered with blooms 3 inches in diam- eter. The coloring is a blush pink with the center veined a wine red, deepening at the base of the throat; the veining is so unique that the blooms resemble a Pelargonium, hence the name. Pkt., 25c; large pkt., $ PETUNIA (Nana Compacta) PINK GEM It forms a neat, compact plant five to six inches high, literally smothered with deep pink blooms. A plant eight inches in diameter will carry as many as twenty-five to thirty blooms in flower at one time. Individual blooms are two inches in diameter. This miniature Petunia will be indispensable for borders, window boxes, pots, rock gardens, and for bedding. Planted with a dwarf blue Ageratum, the effect is most charming. Pkt., 15c. PETUNIA NANA ERECTA PERIWINKLE Six inches. The color is a delightful shade of pastel blue, resembling very much the perennial Vinca.
