CORONADO, Calif. (July 4, 2018) Vice Adm. Richard Brown, commander, Naval Surface Force, Pacific (CNSP) Fleet serves as grand marshal for the 70th Annual Independence Day Parade. Brown's role as CNSP is to man, train, and equip the Surface Force to provide Fleet Commanders with credible naval power to control the sea and project power ashore.
