Statue of the American poet Walt Whitman at the Trailside Museums and Zoo at Bear Mountain State Park, New York. Whitman's poem "Song of the Open Road" is carved into the nearby stone. The statue was a gift to the park by the Harriman family to commemorate the land and financing afforded to the park by Mary W. Harriman.
