Pacific Pilgrimage. Coast Guardsman Floyd Antle is carried by the fortunes of war to the graveside of his brother, Sergt. Kenneth Antle, Marine Corps, on an undisclosed island in the South Pacific war theatre. Kenneth met his death at the age of 18 somewhere "out there" in June 1943. Floyd is serving aboard a Coast Guard assault transport participating in invasion of Jap strongholds on the "road to Tokyo." Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. Luther Antle, of 2811 El Vista Avenue, Peoria, Illinois.
