Marine Colonel Sanford B. Hunt, the Force Communications Electronics Officer of the III Marine Amphibious Force, presents the national colors to Army Lieutenant Colonel, James W. Allepaw, during a change of command ceremony on January 22, 1968. This event marked the first participation of a Marine in an Army change of command in Vietnam.
