THE newspapers in various parts of,Canada are beginning to take aninterest in the Clean Up andPaint Up movement which was boomedand carried out successfully in manyCanadian towns and cities last are now under way in many placesfor clean up campaigns and it is expect-ed that during the month of May themovement will assume large proportions. At Regina, Sask., one of the leading-newspapers a few days ago announcedthat plans are being- laid by the healthdepartment of the city and a number ofpublic spirited citizens for anothergrand clean-up campaign this year suchas has been conducted for the past twoyears in Regina with great success.
