McChrystal. “Everything I do is dedicated to making this team, at my level and your level here, the best it’s ever been.” The Afghan representatives included Farah Provincial Governor Rahool Amin, the Farah Afghan National Police (ANP) Chief, Brig. Gen. Mohammad Fagir Askar, the Afghan National Army (ANA) Provincial Commander, Brig. Gen. Mohammad Akram Sameh, and Samad Shams, the Commander of the National Directorate of Security for Farah Province.
