Proboscis aborted and rather slight; palpi obliquely porrect, slenderly scaled and extending to extremity of the large flattened corneous plate at middle of frons, a corneous plate below the frons excised in front; eyes large, I'ound; antennae of male somewhat laminate and almost simple; thorax clothed almost entirely with scales and without crests; tibia slightly fringed with hair; abdomen without crests. Fore wing with the apex rounded, the termen evenly curved and not crenulate; veins 3 and 5 from near angle of cell; 6 from upper angle ; 9 from 10 anastomosing with 8 to form the areole; 11 from cell. Hind wing with veins 3, 4 shortly stalked ; 5 obsolescent from well below middle of discocellulars; 6, 7 from upper angle; 8 anastomosing with the cell to towards middle. 3846. Aleptina inca.
