Stephanie Barley, and Army spouse, and Abbie Fuller, a Marine spouse, team up together to tackle a new quick and delicious meal during the Healthy Cooking Class held aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., Nov. 30. The class was hosted by Shelley Lamey, director of Semper Fit Gym and included several easy nutritious meals for the spouses to make while building relationships.
