Cw 6565 Edwin Street Amble Amble is a small town on the north east coast of Northumberland in North East England. It was a former mining and fishing town, with most of the signs of the mining having disappeared though there is still a small fishing fleet that works out of the harbour. Some of the residential streets where never planned for every householder to own a car or van. The housing in the town of Amble is made up of older stone buildings, quite a few in terraces, old miners and fisherman’s homes and new builds which continues to this day as the town expands. The town of Amble has been undergoing a renaissance in recent years and is now considered a trendy and fashionable place to live, being recently named by the Sunday Times Newspaper as one of the places to live in 2019.
