For the lower part of the body, any designs for both ladies and children caninstantly be cut from Figure LIX, on Plate XVIII. 3. There is not a design in any Fashion journal, but that can instantly bereproduced upon the paper or goods, from the actual measures; and according to theplates, as given above. 4. The artistic finish, of course, is entirely at will; and depends upon the costli-ness of the display desired in trimming, and the display of good taste in finish, and utility, however, should be the chief considerations.
