Les Usher of Edmonton and Ed Ness of Calgary were inducted into the Alberta 4-H Hall of Fame in recognition of their outstanding contributions to 4-H in Alberta. Les Usher Mr. Usher was born at Scollard, Alberta. He is a former beef club member, was assistant 4-H supervisor from 1949 to 1956, supervisor of 4-H from 1955 to 1966, and later served as deputy minister with the provincial government.
