Known as the Dome is Napier's landmark at the intersection of Marine Parade and Emerson Street in Napier, a coastal city on Hawkes Bay on North Island in New Zealand. The T & G Mutual Building (Temperance & General Insurance Company) was built in 1936 after the city was rebuilt after a 1931 earthquake. Napier is known for its art deco architecture. The Dome now consists of apartments.
