E. uus meetings held by the co:i mitees ofhe two associations from it wasbained that the various committees havebeen continued, and that no change in thepersonnel, outline of work or procedurehad been made except that the secretaryof the section will act as secretary ofall committees. All members of the asso-ciations are transferred to the MechanicalSection of the American Railroad Asso-ciation. The representative members willbe appointed by the railroads as formerly,and others will be known as affiliatedmembers of the Mechanical Section.
