Salvelinus trevelyani, sp. n. Depth of body 5 in the length, length of head 4. Snout conical, pointed, considerably longer than eye, the diameter of which is 5 in the length of head. Interorbital region convex, its width 3^- in the length of head. Dentition strong; cleft of mouth oblique; jaws equal anteriorly; maxillary extending nearly to below tiie posterior margin of eye, its length 2^ in the length of head; lower jaw pointed anteriorly, Fiff.
