A percussion rifle, German/Baden(?) circa 1760. Heavy, flat sided/round, rifled barrel with rib in 18 mm caliber. Silver front sight mounted on barrel. High quality silver inlaid trophy bundle with a coat of arms (probably Margrave of Baden/Schwetzingen) clasped in a floral motif over the chamber. Converted iron percussion lock with chiselled floral decoration and with the coat of arms repeated in silver inlay. Walnut full-stock with cheek piece, checkered small of the stock, and horn nose piece. Brass furniture has delicate engraving of floral and hunting them,
