PACIFIC OCEAN (Sep. 30, 2016) – Ensign Joe Broughton uses a stadimeter sextant to determine USS Chafee’s (DDG 90) distance to USS Pinckney (DDG 91) during a Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) exercise in the Southern California operating area.
