Louis I, Duke of Bourbon, 1279-1342. He is shown in ceremonial robes, a cape in the coat of arms of France (gold fleurs de lys on azure, baton gules) lined with ermine. The crown and necklace with gemstones are unusual. From an ancient armorial of Auvergne in the collection of Gaignieres.
