Maj. James Fink, 94th Aerial Port Squadron in the 94th Airlift Wing, observes Romanian Reserve service members climb an obstacle at the land obstacle course in Sibiu, Romania, August 3. Reserve Soldiers and Airmen have been invited to lead a bilateral training event to prepare the Romania reserve soldiers for future Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers military competition. Over the course of the week they will train on marksmanship, basic orienteering skills and other physical activities.
