Rogers, of Brockport, N. Y., was in town a few days ago on a pur- chasing trip. He reports business good. Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. La Porte, of Oswego, N. Y., leave for San Fran- cisco Sunday, July 3, to attend the an- nual convention of the B. P. O. E. While on their trip, they expect to spend a week in Yellowstone park. The trip will occupy about five weeks. The flower stores at the city ceme- teries have resumed their summer cut flower business, and immense quantities of stock are sold there every Sunday. Their spring bedding trade has been enormously heavy this year and, in most cases, practically nothing in that line is seen in the greenhouses. Throughout the city the same prices obtained for bedding stock
