Slough, Berkshire, UK. 22nd October, 2020. Matt Hancock announced in Parliament today that Slough will be moving into Covid-19 Tier 2 restrictions from this Saturday following a big spike in postive Covid-19 cases over the past few weeks. This means that people from different households will not be able to mix socially indoors. Slough did have the first drive in and walk in Covid-19 hybrid testing centre in the country where people could just turn up to get a Covid-19 test, however, this is no longer the case and testing in Slough can now be by pre booked appointment only.
