Dorsal 20-22, originating above 4th or 5thray of anal, its length hardly half its distance from head. Anal 25-29,equally distant from base of ventral and from base of caudal. Pectoralpointed, nearly | length of head, twice as long as ventral, and extendingbeyond base of latter. Caudal with pointed lobes. Caudal peduncle 2\to 3 times as long as deep, a little shorter than head. 37-40 scales inlateral line, j^^^ in transverse series on body, j^j£y-j in transverse seriesbetween dorsal and anal, 16 round caudal peduncle.
