A policeman seals the houseboat where a British woman was allegedly murdered by a Dutch tourist on Saturday in Srinagar, the summer capital city of Indian-administered Kashmir . 24-year old Sara Elizabeth was found in a pool of blood inside her room in the houseboat in the morning, police said, adding she might have been raped before being killed as her clothes were torn.
