The leaves are Ions and slender, drooping sracefull v. making very ele?ant specimen plants. It makes a splendid house plant, as it grrows nicely in any ordinary dwelling-. It is so easily srown and so beautiful that it has to a larg-e extent taken the place of palms for house decoration. Small and medium sized plants are most desirable for this purpose, while the larger sized plants make magnificent specimens for filling large vases and for general decorative purposes. It not only makes a fine house plant, but is also very beautiful for outdoor decoration during the summer in partly shaded places. We know of no better'all round decorative plant for all purposes. NEPHROLEPIS WITTBOLDIL A new variety introduced last season. Growth is very strong and erect, and not so slender as the Boston Fern. The fronds are very dis- tinct, edges of the leaflets being crinkled. Foliage is very brisrlif green, shining as if varnished, and is very hard and firm, and in consequence not easily injured. Large specimens make beautiful decorative plants. Nice young plants, 50c. each, per doz.; extra sized plants, to S3,00 each. {Maidenhair Fern).
