Meerkats checking things out
If you want to learn about teamwork then spend a few hour watching the African Meerkats close to the Kalahari Desert in Botswana. After the night in their protective burrows, they stand in groups facing the sun to dry their coats. Their main enemy is the Vulture and so through some process of democracy, one Meerkat is always on guard. He or she is known as the Sentry. They find the highest point and always take turns while the others foray for food
