PUBLIC DEBT Department of the Treasury, Washington, January 31, Secretary of the Treasury announced on January , that the interestrate on the bonds described in Department Circular—Public Debt Series—, dated January 23, 1975, will be 7% percent per annum. Accordingly, thebonds are hereby redesignated 7% percent Treasury Bonds of 1995-2000. Intereston the bonds will be payable at the rate of 7% percent per annum. John K.
