MEDITERRANEAN SEA (May 3, 2017) Lt. Cmdr. Ben McCarty, second from left, reenlists Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Nikki Duffy on the yardarm of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71). Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
