Rollercoaster tracks and station at abandoned, derelict, disused amusement park - Spreepark, Planterwald, Berlin, Germany
The park was opened in 1969 as Kulturpark Plånterwald and was the only entertainment park in the GDR. After reunification in 1989 Norbert Witte of Spreepark Berlin GmbH was awarded the contract to run the park. New attractions were added and the park became a more western style amusement park. Debts grew and the in 2001 the company was insolvent. The park is now abandoned and derelict.
