Congratulations to newly-promoted 1SG Mitchell Howard, who was promoted with his family and many others in attendance at the William "Bill" Reed Special Events Center, Mar. 22, 2019. Howard will be assuming responsibility as the first sergeant of 230th Finance Management Support Unit, 4th Special Troops Battalion, 4th Sustainment Brigade. The Change of Responsibility ceremony will be held at a later date.
