When No. 6 of the Prize Needlework Series was issued, meetingso eager a welcome from ladies everywhere, we had no thoughtthat No. 7 would not follow it in the regular course of issue. Dur-ing 1898, however, important changes in business methods andlocation took place, requiring the closest attention of the BarbourBrothers Company, — changes which while advantageous to themanufacturers of linen threads and flosses, are quite as much so tothe great purchasing public served with these products.
