Cadets with Cunningham Field Composite Squadron Civil Air Patrol NC 160 visited Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune on June 13, 2022 to get a first-hand look at how our medical team responds to incoming trauma patients. The cadets have received training in search and rescue and emergency first aid by Emergency Medical personnel within their local communities. The cadets have received training in search and rescue and emergency first aid by Emergency Medical personnel within their local communities. The local squadron is based out of Havelock, North Carolina and is comprised of members, ages 12 – 16, from schools in Carteret, Craven and Onslow Counties.
