Hieronymus Monastery is a monastery in Lisbon, Portugal, and it is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The monastery was demolished in 1502 by the 14th century Santa Monastery founded by Henrik Sailor. The Hieronymus Monastery was built to honor the discovery of the Vasco da Gama Sea Route to India.
