Christ Church Spitalfields, in the East End of London. One of the 'Fifty New Churches' or 'Queen Anne Churches'. Built by Nicholas Hawksmoor 1714-29. The north aisle, with tunnel-vaulted bays decorated with hexagonal coffering. The keystones on the lower nave arches are decorated alternately with bibles, olive branches and more cherubs.
