Kan., and one of the most modern establishments of its kind in that part of the country is that of the Concordia Greenhouses. During the past season a new office building was erected at a cost of .*.";00. the in- terior containing office, .salesroom and workshop on the first floor while above is commodious space for the display of baskets, wreaths, etc., and a room than can be used for sleeping quarters. The basement has a stor- room for coal in addition to the space occupied by two large boilers. The store interior is six feet with rough art brick, the balance plaster which is colored old ivory, making an attractive setting for the floral arrangements.
