OCEAN (March 29, 2019) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Stephanie Vargas, from Long Island, , supervises as an MH60-S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the "Dusty Dogs" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 7, is attached to a spotting dolly on an aircraft elevator aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Ike is underway conducting sea trials during the final portion of a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) as part of the maintenance phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
