A woman carries her child with balloons during the Pride of the Stonewall 50th anniversary, the Pride Walk theme this year is ‘Remember the past, create the future’. The Pride Walk is a demonstrative and activist walk from the Homomonument to the Vondel Park. This is the 'counterpart' of the world-famous boat parade that takes place a week later on August 5th. Thousands of people participated by carrying the flags of the countries where homosexuality is in the Penal Code.
