Jordan, Petra, Tourists begin the hike into a narrow slot canyon called the Siq to see the ruins of the Nabataean city of Petra in the Petra Archeological Park is a Jordanian National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Over their heads at left is the remnant of the stone arch that previously marked the entrance to the Siq.
