John Dreska, outgoing 1st Brigade with a token of appreciation for his commitment to duty during his two-year tenure as the commander of the 1st Brigade (Quartermaster) prior the unit’s Change of Command ceremony held at the Maj. Gen. Charles C. Rogers Army Reserve Center in Charleston, WV on 19 May 2018. Dreska relinquished command of 1st Brigade to Col. John Joseph.
