He's in the Navy now. Annapolis, Md. June 1. Lee Dillard Goodsby, a member of the graduating class of the Naval Academy today, received an added thrill when his girlfriend, Betty Brougher, pinned the epaulets of ensign on his uniform. Ensign Goodsby is a native of Logansport, La., while Miss Brougher hails from Fort Benning, Ga.
